MISS SAIGON HOUSTON
Miss Saigon Houston is a 501©4 Nonprofit. Its goal is to raise scholarship funds for Vietnamese American female ages 16-23 years of age. These young ladies will compete for the title of “MISS SAIGON HOUSTON”. This is a yearly event. Addition to the title, the winner(s) will receive a scholarship stipend.
